Publisher Description
Smokx - quit smoking
Smokx makes it easy for you to quit smoking. With a special developed system, which analyzes when and how much you smoke, smokx calculates your individual and optimal plan for the achievement of your goal. No matter if you want to quit smoking completely or just restrict your consumption, Smokx helps you to reach your goal.
How does it work?
* select a date and the number of cigarettes to which you want to reduce
* in train mode (max. 48 hours), notify the App about every cigarette you are smoking so that your personal schedule can be calculated.
* after the train mode has ended, smoke only when the App gives you the green light. If you must smoke a cigarette besides the times the App is telling you to, tap on the emergency cigarette button and so tell the App that you've smoked more cigarettes than the App has calculated for you.
Features
* train mode for the individual calculation of your goal
* the cigarette-clock shows you when you are allowed to smoke your next cigarette
* see how much you have had smoked per day in a chart
Requires iOS 5.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
